    This class is focused on winter maintenance leadership, public works managers, supervisors, superintendents and other lead staff. We highly encourage you to take the Level I class before taking this class. It will prepare leaders to get their organization Level 2 MPCA certified. Each attendee will be using the Smart Salting Assessment tool (SSAt) (a 2019 update of the Winter Maintenance Assessment tool WMAt) to focus on issues that apply to their salting practices and future plans.
