Scott County offices are open to the public. The Career Lab will be open weekdays from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. No appointments are necessary to use the Career Lab. The Dislocated Worker Program offers free services to help eligible individuals that are 18 year of age and older find suitable reemployment. The Adult Program provides employment and training services to eligible adults 18 years of age and older.
The Diversionary Work Program (DWP ES) is a short-term (up to 4 months) work-focused program which requires immediate participation with employment services.
Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP ES) is Minnesota's welfare reform program for families with children.
The Senior Community Service Employment Program provides part-time community service jobs for people 55 years of age or older who meet income guidelines.
The purpose of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP E & T) is to help Food Support recipients find employment.
The Youth Program provides summer and year-round work experience and academic enrichment activities.
