Meeting Rooms

Use a Room in Your Library

Free public meeting rooms are available in all Scott County Libraries! Our full Meeting Room Policy (PDF) is available for you to read, but here are a few key points to know before you book:

  • Meeting rooms are by reservation only. Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may book a room in advance through our booking system (see below) or you can contact staff to make the reservation on your behalf.
  • Rooms may be requested up to 30 days in advance.
  • Meeting room use may not interfere with the normal functions of the library, including Extended Access.
  • If you're hosting an activity, the Library may not be identified or implied as a co-sponsor without prior approval from the Branch Manager. Any publicity used to promote the meeting room activity must include the following language: This is not a Scott County Library event.
  • No audio/visual equipment is available in the rooms or for checkout.

Booking Directions

  1. Use the room booking links below to access our reservation system. Select a date and starting time on the grid, and then follow the steps to complete your submission.
  2. You will receive an email confirming the reservation was submitted.
  3. Staff will review your reservation as soon as they can during their normal hours.
  4. Another confirmation email will be sent when staff accept your submission.
Will you need a key? If you plan to use a room outside of staffed hours, you must check out a key from library staff before your meeting. See library hours.
