Release
Property can be released to Family and Friends once a Release form has been completed and signed by the incarcerated person. One set of clothing must remain at the jail.
Property can be collected at the Scott County Jail lobby between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday with a valid government issued ID.

One set of clothing, suitable for court for a Jury trial appearance once a trial date has been set.
Certain medical items and devices with authorization from a jail nurse or shift supervisor before these items will be accepted.
Community Release items with authorization from a supervisor before these items will be accepted.
